About Ali
Ali Shahan Shah is a management expert with over 15 years of experience handling multi-disciplinary project coordination. He is fluent in Chinese, English, and Hindi, which enables him to understand the needs of all nationalities involved in projects.
He has successfully managed coordination activities for several designing projects with strict time schedules and stringent measures for cost and quality control. His work experience includes Adani Power, Adani Green Energy, and Merino Industries, among others. Ali Shahan Shah has also won several awards including a gold medal from Adani Power for installing the first Micro Oil Injection System Gun.
He has trained Chinese engineers and technical experts in English and Indian engineers in the usage of technical terms. He has served as visiting faculty to McKinsey, FDDI, and Catalyst Academy. Currently he is training a senior official in Huawei in the Chinese language.
